Killed during the first battle.

Might have gone better if: tutorial was something more than random emails that required some fooling around to even find, and if whoever wrote the drivers for my flightstick wasn't a moron. There's a fairly noticeable dead zone(mitigated by ingame options that took awhile to find), and for some reason every single game seems to think the rudder pedal is the throttle, and that the twist axis on the flightstick is the rudder(although that makes some sense). There is no option to rebind the controls to the correct axes.

Ran out of the most common, cheap, and easiest to gather healing herb there is.

Working in a new zone with strange creatures and far more difficult terrain than I was used to.
Giant bee-thing surprised me just as I was sinking into a pool of mud, I was helpless to escape and already injured from my previous trials and tribulations.
Swamps are a tough gig, man.

Hit in the face with a bullet while trying to avoid a giant, rotating green laser beam that was constantly moving around the screen. I do not particularly enjoy this boss.

Tried to make a trebuchet. Discovered that enabling unbreakability cheat doesn't means your contraption can't break.  ::)

Besiege, if someone don't know.
Can someone show me how to do it right, if it's possible?

I pressed the directional button trying to take in the sights when completing the Meridia questline in Skyrim.  This was Unwise.

Prior to that, I had just finally completed the Diplomatic Immunity quest - but at level 50. I left the embassy with only a small amount of equipment (hey, I try to RP a little bit...) to be greeted by an Ancient Dragon and a 'Dragon' simultaneously.  I managed to off the regular one, but the Ancient one got me.

And prior to that, I learned that you you really do need to "float down" from Tel Mithryn.

I think my deaths from gravity equal my deaths from all other causes combined.

I amassed a crew of ~25 sailors, freemen, and peasants and made my way to a border region of Alt Clut, who my lord was at war with, to begin pillaging. After leaving and coming back until I didn't meet any resistance, we began burning some unfortunate village of Welshmen.

Within thirty seconds, a Briton lord came out of nowhere and smashed my army.

Holy shit, Detlaff is kicking my ass. Up until this point, I’ve been feeling pretty good, the game’s been tough but doable, even on Death March difficulty. However, this is my first time ever on this boss and... damn. One hit AOE kills? Really? WTF?

EDIT: Really? There’s a third phase? I can’t even...

Screwed up the first day of Spring. Bought an incorrect amount of seeds(I need to recheck my math here...), possibly buying the wrong amount of fertilizer(again, maths), failed to account for the sizable pile of debris spawning directly in the crop fields, didn't give myself time enough to clear, plow, fertilize, and seed(decided not to 1st-day water). I also missed a few plots while seeding, messing up the arrangement. By the time I realized how badly I messed up, it was already past midnight.

Literally the only thing I did right was let the animals out. Actually, am I supposed to close the doors at night?
Possibly related, but my fortune for the day was "spirits displeased, dis gunna suck".

I'm tempted to plow using bombs, but there's a not insignificant chance that applying explosives to complicated farming equipment is going to make things worse.

Heh, I sure know that feeling.  Suuuucks.
As for letting animals out...  Rather than figure out how to make a proper pasture, I just fed mine entirely on stored hay...  Even during spring...  In retrospect, I may be horrible >.>
Particularly since I eventually *had* fenced in grass, I just harvested parts of it with a scythe to fill the silo hehe.  I guess goes to show how a stupidly inefficient routine gets comfortable.

Knocked out of a Duelyst tournament in the second round by something that was obviously a misplay in hindsight.

For anyone that plays Duelyst, I was running a swarm Lilithe deck; two Wraithling Swarms (allows you to summon a chain of three 1/1 tokens) in my hand, enough mana to play them, and a Shadowdancer on the board (any time any minion dies, it heals you for 1 and damages your opponent for 1).

The correct play was to withdraw the Shadowdancer from my opponent's reach, play the Wraithlings to control his movement, and basically go on to win the game by smacking him in the face with 1/1s and the Shadowdancer's taser.

Instead, I replaced one of the swarms and withdrew the dancer in the wrong direction. I could have had a really strong turn pretty much straight into lethal, but instead I ended up in a really bad situation from which I lost.

Duelyst, of course.

A Stardew Valley screw up? Meet Harvest Moon screw up!

So, it's winter and there's nearly nothing to do because this is the GBA games, they only added winter crops in Ds/3ds onwards. I was an idiot and forgot to upgrade my tools, so it's too late to go after the cursed tools. I've spent about 30000-40000G already, so I figure it's time to make some money. Winter mining was taking forever to make anything, before I remember the pink diamonds are worth 10000G a piece.

First trip down I didn't bring anything but a save slot ready to scum to save my energy. I only get to about floor 10 because I didn't bring anything, and I forgot that they spawn on multiples of 30, not multiples of 10. No worries, just run to the clinic to grab medicine, spend 2 hours in the hotspring to rest up, and run back.

Everything goes well, I'm making steady progress and I haven't forgotten my basket on a floor nor needed to even use my medicine yet thanks to large amount of grass in the dirt. Then I hit level 28, and I save, ready to save scum my energy again.

See, there's a really stupid glitch where sometimes the stairs to the next floor just won't spawn. Unless you saved on the floor above you having already found the stairs, you're out of luck. I got this glitch, and I was only using the 1 slot method where you save as soon as you arrive on the floor.

At the moment, I'm just gonna wait an in-game day or two to go again. And this time, I'll use the 2 slot save scum method
