Literally everything I ever read of his fell under one or more of these categories. Also, is there a rule about discussing this? I don't know of one but it would be logical to assume that over-discussion of this could be problematic.

I saw that too. It's always a bit disconcerting, like hearing that an acquaintance of yours has died. Of course, Neo's not really dead, but assuming they follow the rules, I'll probably never hear from them again. And that's almost like being dead.

If somebody enters a black-hole-like area out of which no information may ever return, are they dead or alive?

Does that question even make any sense? Is there any way to distinguish the two cases?

What if we threw a coffin into that area without knowing whether the resident was dead or alive?

If information is no longer accessible, should we even consider it to have a definite state?

Perhaps Netflix derped and gave you someone else's page. I recommend contacting Netflix and keeping the tab open so you can give them additional information if needed.

My account had been stolen.  Whoever it was deleted my dad's profile, renamed mine to "NETFLIX", and set the language to Spanish.  Changed the email address for the account, too.
Only took a few minutes to resolve with support.  Not sure what they expected, but I've changed the password of course.
