You should all instead listen to indie about a man kidnapping a woman to put her in a virtual reality to force her to like him.
No, but I've haven't found many indie/electronic songs that produce that sort of image - it's not the "love" I mind, it's the songs about getting drunk and then deciding that no, that girl doesn't
really want to be away from you. (Technically, I don't hear many indie/elec songs that I don't find myself - being in the heart of COUNTRY MURRICA, most radio stations, as well as most songs that people blast
way too loud, are country or pop. That may have influenced my
study anecdotal evidence.)
I mean, there are plenty of creepy electronic songs - anything that GLaDOS sings is very high on that chart. But that particular combination of "creepy dude" and "love" just weirds me out.
I guess that since Caroline was Chell's mother, there is a degree of love involved (see "Cara Mia"), but that's love-of-a-daughter. That has nothing to do with a drunken libidinous man trying to convince a woman to be with him.
And on the whole, I prefer indie/electronic/rock to country/pop, so yes, I rather would listen to creepy indie/elec than creepy country/pop.
You should all instead listen to indie about a man kidnapping a woman to put her in a virtual reality to force her to like him.
Is that an actual song?
