I'm not really current on Ohio's family court law, because that's something that doesn't really show up during my normal day-to-day affairs, but that sounds highly illegal for the judge to do. It sounds like they have very clearly already decided the outcome of the case right away.

That is precisely what I think is the situation. Since the case was held to trial, and the date is a couple of months away, hopefully a lawyer can be obtained that will be able to cut through the mess.

Emotional processing. That bit I mentioned where if things change and people aren't happy, they communicate and adjust. Polyhydra has a good write up about their understanding of emotional processing as does Russell of Polytripod.

From how I understand it, it's the action of examining your emotions, what's causing those emotions, and communicating with the involved parties. Which can then involve processing from the other people being communicated with.

I want to sue that judge for deriliction of duty, obstruction of justice, whatever you have that involves perverting the purpose of a court, because they're doing that.

Appeal.  Appeal appeal appeal, and also, if you can find something to cite that states the roles of witnesses in a case, use that and press the judge on it, hard.  If there's a jury...

Also, look for lawyer blogs in the area, and in the field.  They can probably connect you to help.
