Someone doesn't put on an act to the point where they're near-permanently broke due to bad money management. He's legit.

I only know DSP from DasBoSchitt and his YouTube Alley videos.
At least I think that's what they're called.

I didn't enjoy watching that. The fail compilation was just a guy who seems to have taken an overt disliking to the jackass.

Wanted to use printer to print some stuff. Had to use my mom's computer to do so, since this laptop can't connect to the printer for some reason.

I had forgotten just how painfully slow that old desktop is to use. It shouldn't take over five minutes just for the windows logo to appear and begin to start up. Another ten or so to get to the sign-in page.

It should really get replaced sometime. My mom complains that it is slow, and I've told her before to get a new one.

It was an old XP, which was upgraded to Vista.

This was incredibly painful to watch.
I appreciate them taking the effort to edit together all the funny bits and put youtube comments over them.  *hides in closet with assault rifle pointed at door, waiting out the alarm*  "I've never seen MGS played this way" has got to be my favorite combo.

Personally, I have followed a few youtubers who are bad at most games, that's like, whatever.  Its how confident he is about being wrong that gets me.  Like he's calling the game devs out and shit, all the while missing simple instructions that are written in bold letters in front of him.  Or walking into quicksand.  Twice.

Today a bunch of little girls wanted to buy a tub of chocolate cake frosting with a credit card. They didn't know the pin #, so they wanted to do credit. I have to have ID for credit, they didn't have any. Said they'd go get their dad. That frosting sat there for a while. Apparently dad didn't want to buy them frosting. That stuff is good with graham crackers... I'm hungry now.

Then as I was leaving dude wanted to know if we do bargaining on the expensive lighters. Answer is no. He gave up trying to get them for cheap after talking to the supervisor and decided to buy one. When my coworker got his bill, they noticed it was the wrong texture. Checked, it was counterfeit. Failed all the tests. While the supervisor was on the phone with the sheriff's department, guy said he'd go get his wife and never came back. Not gonna help too much, his face was plastered all over half the cameras in there, cameras overlooking parking spaces...

Funny how kids and 40-something men use practically the same excuses for jumping ship when things go south. People use that sort of excuse way more than just admitting they've changed their minds or can't afford it or whatever. I'd have to put their stuff back myself anyway, but they could at least admit they're not coming back.

Eh, you know how embarrassing it is, etc.

However, good spot on the counterfeit bill. I've heard of some pretty terrible bills getting through places where they shouldn't.

Counterfeiters need to do a better job of counterfeiting. Not just for their own sake, but for everybody's. If nobody ever realizes the money's fake then nobody ever gets hurt by it.

Hell, it might actually be beneficial. Counterfeit money is economic stimulus, but doesn't raise the national debt.

Jesus... The bit where he tries to punch the Fury to death thrice. And complains about "video game land" while taking flamethrower blast after flamethrower blast to the face like a pornstar at her freaking retirement party.
It's painful in the way that picking at a scab is painful. I can't stop. I think I might subscribe to this guy, he's just so bad.

CD keys that don't work...huzzah.

So, MURDERED:SOUL SUSPECT, looked cool, got retail, install demands CD key, enter key, no work, made Square Enix Steam linked-account, entered key there, worked, perfect.

But the blasted key still doesn't work on Steam, (Steam linked is kinda pointless then?) Support says that it apparently isn't in the correct format, yay, can't use Square Enix support who'd probably be more suited to help 'cause a Steam linked SE account exists in some weird limbo-thingy that prevents me from using it for SE Support.

So asking Steam Support if they can help, provided picture of Square Enix account with product, probably won't help.

I really don't want to buy this thing twice.

You could add a Steam shortcut pointed to the SE version. You couldn't earn achievements or anything that way, but it would enable the in-game overlay.

Thing is I can't actually install it without registering it on Steam, the SE version only exists on my SE account.
