2 tabs that are more or less permanent, with anything up to 10 others, although more than 5 total is fairly unusual and means I'm buried in a wiki. Or indecisive about what videos I wanna watch, of course. I've no idea how you people with hundreds of tabs survive. My PC would die.

Okay, okay, I'll admit if I actually had a computer and a mouse instead of a laptop, I'd have... more tabs. But no more than the number I can read the titles and remember what they are, so about 7 or 8.

Even then, I don't really like doing it.

USB mouse is best thing.

Also opera, which can navigate tabs fairly easily with just the keyboard (ctrl+tab is the most amazing thing, also hotkeys for tab navigation if you so want), and incredibly trivially with keyboard+touchpad (you can click the inside the ctrl+tab menu, it is glorious).

As noted previously, repeatedly, I tend to use tabs as basically!bookmarks. Things I bookmark get forgotten and never opened again, with incredibly rare exception. Things I have in tabbed have a visual reminder of their existence pretty much every time I switch tabs (since I generally use the ctrl+tab menu instead of clicking on a tab _{especially when there's so many of them the individual tabs are so small they have no icon}), so I actually end up going back to them, sooner or later.

And, yeah, I'm usually only comfortable having about 3-5 tabs open on a regular basis, and I think about 8-12 if I have a lot going on. I don't like it if I can't read the tabs at a glance.

To be fair to Revolution 60: The graphics are shit, but that's because it's a direct port from mobile (and apparently was actually pushing technical limits there). I agree that the developers were lazy to not upgrade them (especially with the Patreon money the frontwoman of the studio is pulling in), but it's not like they deliberately set out to make them shitty.

All that said, the gameplay is even lamer, basically a combination of shitty grid-based combat and QTEs out the ass.

Posting here in lieu of rage thread.

I decided to fire up Minecraft for the first time in a while, but remembered that my skin was still Magus from Chrono Trigger. I went to some skinmaking site or other to make a new one.

I uploaded the thing and started playing when I realized that I made the thing backwards because the website had a 3D modeler type thing instead of a fill-in-the-blanks sheet sort of thing. I subsequently spent the next half hour fussing around in GIMP to flip him around. His legs are still sideways, but I'm not screwing around with it any more.

Smooth sailing from there (managed to kill a creeper on Day 2 and spawned in a field right next to a taiga), but man, was that an annoying waste of time.

Absolutely worth it. It's not going to be Worst Movie of the Decade and you're taking a living breathing woman on a date. Totally worth it.

I'm unsure about that assertion about it's quality, just by having read the plot summary and such of the book on Wikipedia. It's 90% sex and 10% debating on how to have sex and such. That ... I dunno, doesn't seem like a good movie to me.

Hmm. If you're up to it, you could try to keep an open mind about it. and go see it with her as a media critic. Think about it as an honest exploration of something that (troublesome bits and all), honestly appeals to peeps... dissect the elements that make it possible, or makes it work; guys as monsters, caretaker complexes, niche porn, whatever. There's got to be a reason, and it could be interesting.

...and maybe if you're really lucky, after you see it you can go back to one of your places, sit on the couch, and deconstruct it as a piece of media together~
