The best chocolate is entirely unsweetened dark. Those 100% cacao varieties. Yes. Although chili dark chocolate is also excellent.

There is now some company marketing chia seeds for eating as the "ancient superfood of the Aztecs". When I thibk of foods associated with the Aztecs, I think corn and chocolate, which the same health-foods demographic considers "unhealthy", and human hearts, but then I've seen stranger fad diets.

I went to sleep at 6 pm yesterday.

I woke up at 3, slept some more so it wasn't so early, and I woke up at 1pm.

I find it easier to wake up after I've slept like 4 hours rather than what the silly modern lifestyle propaganda says - doing sports, drinking fruit juices, eating vegetables, sleeping 8 hours, it's all lies, never do it. It doesn't work.
