Mostly odd. No one that I've ever been with has ever let me sleep that long. Also, I live my whole life in a semi-conscious state, so that doesn't count.

My sleep session record is 17 hours.  That was the last time I was able to sleep with no matters to attend to for an entire day and no one around to wake me up.  That was 5 years ago.

Without being really sick, I once went 26 hours. Insomnia is a bitch, and passing out from fatigue after five solid days really ruins your weekend as a teenager.

With being really sick, I don't remember. I slept for over 30 hours solid, got up to get a drink, and went back to bed for another 12 hours. I was running a fever of 104 for most of that week.

Unless you dream in a coma (as in REM sleep), I'd say no.

What Sirus said, essentially. I think the longest I've gone without any major external factors was 20 hours straight. Incidentally I've played Mario Party for a solid stretch for longer than that, and that only ended when the pizza ran out and we realized it was getting close to noon of the next day. Who needs booze when a N64, time, and some Papa Johns will give you the same experience of waking up on the floor with a headache and a vague sensation of self-loathing?
