Yesterday, the CEO of the company that bought my company out a few weeks ago came to our location, and held meetings with all employees as to what works well, what doesn't work, what we like or don't like, and things of that nature. This was very strange, because I've never worked in a place where employee feedback was anything more than a suggestion box routinely emptied into the circular file.

Today, some of the complaints had already been fixed.
