You mean those ones that were put in to help the totally computer illiterate so that they can at least get used to some basic user interface design before they are required to install anything?
You mean those ones that people just deactivate or uninstall? And if they don't know how they can just google it because it is that well documented?

Frankly, anyone who can't figure out how to disable features they don't like, is probably going to need those features at some point.

I think it's more that he has to disable them in the first place.elp a big deal. A single prompt asking you whether you're a newbie or not would help a big deal.
