There's several of the Russian CoA's that are suspect, especially in the steppes, because there weren't any established cities with coats of arms.

I knew a guy who repeatly staged weddings between multiple characters with his own second account in Everquest, just to get in-game gifts from other players.

His day job was selling speakers out of a van.

I'm totally going to do that in WoW now, make a second account, have them marry eachother and then receive gifts and sell them to Korean gold farmers.

Oh wait, nobody gives a shit about anything in WoW and you would be hard pressed to even get a handful of garbage greys from somebody.  So much for that plan.
