The ones that I fuck up on are the racist hick states (Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, the Carolinas) and the tiny ones in the northeast (New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island). Maryland and Massachusetts look kind of similar, but I remember that Maryland borders Virginia.

So, I booted up my copy of Rocksmith, messed around with a couple of songs, and as I've been browsing the song list I've stumbled upon a rather cool sounding song with a quirky-sounding title. It was kinda jazzy and catchy as hell and fun to play so much I played it at least five times in a row.

I was about to post it in Great Music thread, but as I was looking for a link to post, I've learned that this is not an original song but an arrangement of a goddamn CHRISTMAS SONG (mind you, different culture for me). Specifically, God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen. (If someone wants to give it a listen the arranger is Brian Adam McCune).

On the other hand, I guess the arranger is pretty damn good if he pulled that off.

Did pretty well on those. 90% on the states (Somehow Iowa caused me no end of grief) and 77% on Europe. Mostly because I'm a bit fuzzy on the Baltic states and all the pieces that used to be Yugoslavia. So I knew generally where stuff was but not exactly. Usually got things on the second try, though.
