Neighbour's at it again. Twice in half an hour, last time they lasted about 10 minutes.

This is going to be irritating, I can tell. Unfortunately, it's a different hall. I can't talk to the guy because I can't get in there, and I don't know who they are.

I've heard that the appropriate and natural time for lovemaking is 10-15 minutes.  Im not sure where though, but the idea being that that's sufficient time to emotionally connect and let everyone finish their business.

Doesnt stop several relations I've known from asking for multiple hours.

I would argue those things should be getting done anyway, but it’s a fair point.

They should, but it's important to know at which part we are failing, so that we don't waste money in increasing effort at things that are already done well.

My sleep got interrupted early this morning because I've been having trouble breathing, and I needed to go hit up my inhaler. I had to go into the next room and turn on the light to find it, and after hitting it up I turned the lights off. This moment spent in light ruined my darkvision, but I was confident that I could navigate to the next room while being blind in the darkness. Turns out I was a little off and I smacked my forehead into the wall hard enough that I FOR SURE was not going back to sleep. Still a little sore 'bout that.

My union has in writing but "informally" said management has reached its desired staffing levels so it isn't going to downsize anymore. It is waiting for the formal part though.

My supervisor is non union and it probably won't save him. Who knows who my boss will be if I stay.
I have another job lined up without union protection. Like they are ready to hire me. Same pay.
I don't know how binding the management not wanting to downsize more is. Will they stick with it?
New management is coming in soonish anyhow so will they care about old management saying this?

I don't care and just want a stable job. WTF? We've all been scared to death over this. More weirdness.
I'm good at what I do where I am but overworked and unappreciated.
The new place is a gamble because all new places are.

then upload somewhere? If they're going to annoy you you might as well try to turn it into a revenue stream. Someone out there'd probably drop money for that kind of thing.

... assuming it's legal. I have no idea if that would be legal, though it probably is in some jurisdictions. I have extra no idea if anyone could tell it's not been consented to. Either consult a lawyer first or yolo and hope no one presses charges, I guess.
