Bleh. After a couple days of managing to get out of bed around the time I'd set my alarm for, today I just kept waking up and going back to sleep, having more exciting dreams and waking up later and later in the day until I eventually dragged myself out of bed at around three. FML.

I found that the apparent best way of getting good quality honey for cheap-ish (besides bulk purchasing "baker's honey" - nothing against that, maybe I'd use it were I making a melomel but I want to try some traditional meads) is eBay. Ordered $85 of honey - a gallon and a half, half a gallon each of three separate varietals - from the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest, free shipping. Post office guy's going to hate me.

Except I haven't used eBay in a while. So it'd be shipped to my old apartment that I no longer have access to. The seller let me know they'd cancel it when I asked so it's all good. Still, WTF me? I'm usually good about this kind of thing.

Holy crap, didn't think it could get this bad. Right hand is hurting and slightly shaking from writing all day long. Surprised there are no ink stains, considering how much use the pen saw.

Instead of resting the pen in the crook of the first finger and thumb, put it in between the first and second fingers when writing. It takes a little getting used to, but forces the hand to open up a lot more and prevents most writing cramps and pains. The main issue you'll run into there is just some surface irritation from squeezing the pen too hard for too long, but it takes an extraordinary effort to get it to cramp.
