I bought a mini-bike.

Squats are supposed to make your legs feel like jelly, but I'd advise against just doing series of 30 if you aren't used to doing squats, start with 10, rest for some minutes, do other 10, and build up from that until you reach bigger numbers. Same goes for similar exercise such as pushups, crunches, etc.

Actually, that is what I did. 30 was total in about 20 minutes time.

If not, uh...are you wanting cardio or muscle toning or weight loss or?

Weight loss mostly. And the main reason for the dirty floor is that there's so little floor space it's nearly impossible to maneuver a vacuum cleaner.

Just did 30 squats as part of my attempt to be healthier. I was probably doing them wrong, and now my thighs feel like jelly. On the other hand, I don't feel too terribad from the experience, so that's a great thing. I could go for more, but I might hurt myself(wanted to do 50).

I need to find another exercise to do in the mornings to rotate with the squats, bearing in mind I have no equipment and very little(and fairly dirty) floorspace.

If you did them wrong but felt the pain in your legs every time you take a step up stairs then its okay.  Focus on getting the strength to do them correctly and slowly, then get the proper technique.

Theres probably some really good youtube videos or websites you can look at.


I was always taught to imagine the bottom rung of a step stool.  Then I want to 'sit' on it.  You keep your back straight and 'lean over' so that your head is above your knees, and keep your arms out of the way,




If thats too much trouble or w.e. then another good one is to find a flat wall.  Then press your back to it.  Then go into a squat position with your back still against the wall.  Youre pushing yourself into the wall with bent knees, and that will do a decent job if done well.

The propaganda consists of:

• Showing us videos from conservative news things about how awesome competition is, and why it is literally the best thing since sliced bread, and so free healthcare SIMPLY CANNOT WORK!
• Spreading misinformation about ObamaCare (namely, that since prices have gone up, IT COMPLETELY FAILED).
• Showing us weird Youtube videos made in some dude's basement. They have CAPITALS FOR EMPHASIS, big glowing red letters, and talk shows slowly devolving into conspiracy theories combined with clips from Obama's speeches together with an ANGRY commentary about his LIES.

You can share things like that.  People dont quite share balankets and eating utensils.  Its an extension.  They wouldnt be as common, but then again, you dont need one the same way you do a blankey.  You would get one for work, presumably.

And, lets not forget that you can lease phones these days.  The communistic version of leasing is being granted one that the state owns.  perhaps they could would even do a raffle for a voucher for a personal playtime computer or something.

But, I daresay Im one of the minority of people who have actually read the book.

Do you mean outside a family unit?

Yes.   Families own these products for all intents and purposes, within a communistic society.

These are products they use for themselves, and under almost any circumstance, they would not be recalled, confiscated, or otherwise taken by an authority.

I read it. Considering how most people fill their computers with adware and shit, a shared computer which is not locked down seems like a terrible idea, even if we ignore privacy issues.

That was tongue-in-cheek, btw. Yes, I am aware that the bourgeoisie is the middle class; I was portraying a stereotypical Communist as seen by either the average person or the YOUNG AND PASSIONATE Internet "Marxist" who likes to rant, but who hasn't actually read The Book.

(Also I edited my post to include the propaganda; it's somewhat annoying, but it's not like I can do anything. I guess I could slip an anonymous note on his desk asking him to stop showing us random YouTube videos with ANGRY RANTS about the COMMIE OBAMA BIN LADIN?)

(Also because it's relevant, I'm an anarcho-socialist, probably the "flavour" of anarcho-syndicalism, but pragmatically I think that modifying capitalism to reduce the number of things affected by wealth (availability of college and healthcare, ferex), as well as the unfair situations (counteracting discrimination, ferex) is the best I can hope for in this day and age. I just dislike propaganda in public schools, and teachers spreading disinformation.)
