You are the horror!

A lovecraftian beast, undetermined in size, unstable in shape.
Your desire, to persuade the human, through the dark door.
You do not rend, you do not maul.
You speak with words of hidden intent, and subtle desire.
Your touch is light and delicate, yet distinct as whatever you choose it to be.

A glowing blue Amulet hangs around your neck.

Looking around the room, you see a pillar, and two doors.

Light emanates from the pillar, out the jagged cracks, of a somewhat solid work of masonry.

One door is dark as night. Nothing can be seen by any normal eye. Nor does it matter what you can see. The pit below gapes, a hollow and empty thing, not even you can see the bottom of a pit that does not. The distant, rocky walls mean nothing to you.

The other door leads out, the direction of your prey.

The door is closed, and you are hungry.

Do you have a name?
