Read enchanting book!
You read the enchanting book and you take some notes. It appears that your spell failed because you miscalculated and put in too much holy magic opposed to enchantment magic. (Eclipsetail +0.25 Enchanting!)
Very well then.
I enchant my walking stick to be able to fly and obey two commands: Attack (target), and Return to my hand. I'd rather it only obey the commands from me.
I'll help with Eclipse's Nirur's staff enchanting.
The two of you working in tandem and with some experimenting you manage to give the staff a simple couple of commands. Although it can be overridden. Once you have enough experiance the book says that you can give things simple minds, but it doesn't tell you how (Nirur +0.215, Ottofar +0.50)
I catch a fly, and try to manipulate it's mind in numerus random ways and observe it's behaviour.
You catch a random fly flying around and you attempt to change its mind. Although you only get static. It seems that your magic is for creatures with actual brains. (Armok +0.05. Hey, you tried something and failed. The +0.05 is the theory.)
I eat gratuitous amounts of food and delve further into my magic tome.
You eat around a whole loaf of bread. Looking into your book you see that most of your spells do require you to expend energy. It does say that you could craft a spell to Keep your energy for a amount of time until you need to let it go. (Kinseti +0.33 Transforming!)
