Form two groups of ice javelins and prepare similar set of psionic javelins (or the psionic equivelent?) The ice javelins should be launched at both zions left and right side (so he puts some defences up there) while the psionic javelins hammer him head on. All attacks should be launched at once. Hopefully he'll take the ice feints seriously and not be able to properly defend agains't the psionic set.

As you are launching the Javelins, send a burst of magic in the ground to attack from below with a huge frakking Icicle, and, when he dodges, turn it to water and entomb him in it.

Vix unleases a barrage of Ice spears, icicles, and ice javelins! Zion is too slow and is hit in the leg and arm! The rest are deflected in some way, though., and he blasts a massive flaming summoned hammer strike at Vix, who is heavily singed but not actually struck by the shot! Both takea moment to catch thier breath before continuing, Zion bleeding from two wounds and Vix singed almost everywhere.

Use cryomancy to make icespears out of Zion's blood and kill him.

Zion, prepared for more ice projectiles, immediately blast a fire wave out once he recovers, disintegrating the remains of Vix's cryofield. Vix's natural cold aura from the mastery of Cryomancy absorbs the wave by the time it gets to him.
