Started my tenth year of school, which I believe is considered the first of year of high school here in Israel. I've got the usual Hebrew and English grammar/literature stuff, math, physics, and Jewish philosophy (I had to take this one last year, and was pretty fun, so I decided have another go.). I am also taking programming, but what they teach is a joke, so I'm thinking of ditching it. I have finally reached the point where people can leave the school at any time, which I find really awesome.
I can walk to school anymore, as the school has moved to another building on the other side of the city. Takes about 30mins by bus, which is about how the time it took me to walk home, but it still sucks.

I feel ya. It's a 40 minute bus ride down to campus and a 40 min bus ride back to my house. Nothing kills your motivation to go to class like knowing you have to kill almost 1.5 hours of your day to even get there.

No, it's actually time to do school. It's just limbo, is all. Add to the time you wait for the bus, and the fact with no car your life kind of revolves around the bus schedule, and it kind of blows. You have to plan everything in 1h10m chunks.

Not directly school, but I need to come back for several days to repeat a project there, which is part of my graduation exam.
It really is motivating when you write some of your teachers emails, wait several weeks for an answer, just to find out that the don't give a fuck.

I play a real instrument all night and consume real ale in moderation. I listen to Tangerine Dream instead of dabbling with drugs because it's just as mind-altering but I can still read things and function whilst listening to it.
