I've tried to access the main site to re-download 31.12 after it refused to start up, and the Bay12games site is down for me. I've tried multiple browsers, I've cleared my entire cache, I've updated all my flash players, and the site still refuses to load. Is it just me experiencing this problem, and if so, what should I do?

Also, could anyone directly link me to the newest download for Dwarf Fortress to circumvent the problem?
