For blood type, anything other than A would be good. AB would be my first choice. I'd prefer B to O. But anything other than A.

I second the vote for naming her Mary Sue, and give her a cheerfully manic "failure is not an option" personality on par with Goku or Excel.

Father's name, I nominate Ilpalazzo, played as a comedic Sociopath who had no interest in being given a daughter, and is curious to see how badly he can make her fail. Which of course, he fails to do, because failure is not an option for her. Cube can play the straight man, and when neceessary, the voice of reason.
