Hi!

If I understand correctly you could transfer all units into a settlement? What version was this on?

I just check and this doesn't happen on v0.3RC1, which we are testing thoroughly right now!

It's a great step from v0.2.2, if you want to test it just contact me!

v0.3RC1 has been privately released and sent to all whom asked for it, I hope to do the same for RC2. This should go public next week.

You don't seem to have java installed, please download it from http://java.com/download/ , then you can run the jar files.

That was the first thing I did, and I still got that same error message. Look, if I run the .exe, I hear the Zelda music and I see a java process opened up, but since I can't access where that process is, I can't do anything.

Do you need 15 or 25 sailors per ship to travel quickly? The in-game help says it's 15, but the manual gives 25 as the required number. You also get 3x25=75 sailors at the start.

I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

i believe its 25.

I think that the new rain animation is a bit annoying (too thick) otherwise i've enjoyed this new version so far

Speaking of, why is there a rain animation? Nothing else has any animations...

Also what else annoys me is the fact that you can't disable all sounds or control volume level

Added http://slashie.net/mantis/view.php?id=1838 and http://slashie.net/mantis/view.php?id=1839

a1s already added a RFE for muting the game http://slashie.net/mantis/view.php?id=1836

Volume control is a bit of a crap on Java... but I'll add it and see if it can be done http://slashie.net/mantis/view.php?id=1840

The are no more animations in this version, I look forward to implement:
* Snow
* Ocean Movement
* Sand storm (Requires having deserts working, v0.4)
* River Movement (Requires having the rivers "current" model implemented, v0.4)

I don't know how to implement a fog sfx other than overlay a semi transparent layer of gray, but that didn't work that good on CvRL--

You're playing on Windows, right? It's a pain in the bottom, but you can right-click sound (in the system tray) click Open Volume Mixer, and adjust/mute volume of any application to your liking. Really helps me with Flash games, when I want to listen to my choice of music instead of the game's soundtrack.

Also, if you think something is missing from the game (or if you find a bug), you can go to that "mantis" thing and tell slashie what you want changed in the game. Since few people do, there's a good chance he will actually listen to your suggestion.
