MyColors Sins of a Solar Empire theme. It's a bit overpriced at $20, but I got it for free as part of a promotion a while back.

Windowblinds, eh? I've heard of it... plain Aero is plenty of eyecandy for me on windows, thought I do like tinkering with that sort of thing on linux...
