Hey, if I just want to see what's going on on the project server, can I get whitelisted for that, or should I try and get better at building and then get a plot/city block/what ever land thing we're doin here?

I'm hesitant to add things like minor punishments and temporary bans. Basically, if someone is annoying enough to ban, I don't expect them to get much better after a fifteen minutes, or even a few days.

I share this feeling.

One of the mods I'm experimenting with should allow us to have visitors to the project server. Then you'd be able to visit at any time.

It can be good for servers where there are people enough for fights to appears. It gives the one temporarily banned time to calm down at the very least. It also shows that the staff is willing to give out punishments bigger than a warning or a slap in the wrist, and allows for a middle term between that warning/slap in the wrist and a perma ban. One might be hesitant to give out punishments if it's all or nothing.

I think that visitor plugin would be a brilliant idea, and considering it also logs when players join/disconnect, would aid in catching any griefers that do slip through the net. I also like the idea of the mother nature plugin, if only so that I can call down lightning and smite the unbelievers

Creepers won't damage terrain, colors on, visitors can stop by without being on the whitelist, and you can turn off rain. And other things.

Open world has been reset to a normal world (quite snowy near spawn) Earth was just too plain flat and didn't have all the new resources.

Oh, and IP tracking for griefer control and chat. Come to think of it, I think that's everything.

Huh. I got the same error I get when a server goes down unexpectedly.
