Also, the assassination mechanic is a little vague. Does performing an assassination while not hidden give away your actions? Do other people in the location matter? Will we be immediately notified if someone is assassinated? Or does somebody have to "find" the body?

It is a bit vague... If you are alone with the victim and he is killed, then that will create a global announcement stating that person has died, but not necessarily by your hands. Another person in the same area will show whether you were responsible or not. Unless you and the 3rd person are both mafia, then it will give a statement that you were not responsible.
 So yes, immediate notification, but somewhat varying conditions related to the notification itself.

How long do the periods last?

It'll definately add more paranoia, especially with the detonator role.

Hmm... Noted.

 Now here's the thing, often in my experimental games people will discover flaws like this, well, I can alter the rules now or wait until next game(I will run more if this is popular enough).

 Right now my idea to fix this issue is...

-Allow certain features of townie roles to be made without giving away the person who did it if they are in a building alone. Example the cop must do so to snoop around, the doctor must in order to save someone on the spot.
 Otherwise they get revealed.

The sniper basically already does this, but the other roles weren't stated as such. If you want your town power roles to do something useful while still incognito, you need to take risks.

EDIT: realized this won't work very well with the doctor... I need to think this idea through more thoroughly.

Alright, the doctor can have a similar feature as the detonator, he could have a lab built in a building(not his own home) in which he can make medical drugs to fuel his on the spot saving power, he will never reveal himself though if he does save someone.(though if he is in the building alone with the victim, a person can put 1 and 1 together, yet this is not a foolproof way of identification)


Another issue, it turns out that Azure Sepulchre has disappeared, his last login was 7 days ago.

The problem with that is that the mafia can't kill without exposing themselves if we all stay here; thus, the game becomes pure scumhunting, but the scum gets no nightkill.

And as appealing as I find that as a player, broken games get boring fast. :I

I think he means that we will see who does the nightkill and then can lynch him the next day.


But i think that we could explain it away is that we all sleep and have a random (out of 3 or 4) time slot picked for our night actions and can only notice thing during those times
