i can switch to DPS to healer to tank... basically any required magic.

Only if you get no bonuses for a certain amount of time after switching. So it becomes harder. Assume that it takes time to collect the mana you need. Would that work? Or something different?

Oh wow, I missed quite a bit.  I could always be the healer too if you don't want it Dwarfguy,  I had considered it originally but I can always just go with my second intent of slight backup healer.

Having problems with darkness. Need to find a good method which doesn't require lots of clean-up. (Draw darker? How could you even suggest that!)

That's what I'm doing. Not drawing on the closest piece of paper that comes to hand might help too.
