I propose that everyone has a quantum vote.
That is, you say vote, but you don't know whether it is for Rincewind or Kefka until it is observed.
The observation will be done through coin flips.

I'll have to choose between Cave Story and Homestuck. D:  My vote would have to go to Quote though. I like Bro, but he isn't my favorite Homestuck character.
