Al Gore's (southpark) hallucination that is warning us of the environment problems. Also, he is 'totally cereal' about it, which has been repeated by far too many people for me to support Manbearpig with clear conscience.

I always wondered if it was "Super Cereal" or "Super Serial". On one hand, South Park's Al Gore is an idiot beyond reason. On the other, "super serial" would mean somthing done in a very powerful series. Gore always and only talks of ManBearPig when he's around, so it fits.
