At the same time, Ed's automail arm and superhuman agility allows him to block any attacks not specifically made to destroy his automail. And with his alchemy and, you know, metal limbs, Ed is definitely not lacking in offensive power.

He got a new type of automail at Briggs. This one is less durable, but NEVER BREAKS. Also, Ed is most definitely not a meteor, and would not blindly fling himself at things in the way a meteor would.

Ed isn't going to be beaten by a puppet. All he needs is to know the composition of wood. Or, you know, FIRE.
