The dude tied bricks to his feet so he could walk at the bottom of the ocean, to retrieve a plant that would make him immortal.

I'd say he has more than just his possessions. Moxy, no sense of self-preservation and good lungs, to name a few.

For the record, this is the Gilgamesh in the competition.
Not the Babylonian folk hero, sorry guys.
...Just read that link. I thought this was the one from final fantasy, wielder of 9 legendary swords.(well,8 and excalipoor) He's also a bumbling idiot.

Doesn't change my vote. The spy would backstab him while the others served as a distraction. Insta-kill!

I vote for the picture of Ozymandias riding a sandworm!

*sigh* I have to vote for Gilgamesh because Redmond sounds lame, but as an aside....nothing kills these competitions for me more than anime characters.

I just know that this isn't going to remain stable untill the end. Soon enough someone will try to fill the whole damn lineup with sandworms.

GILGAMESH THE SUMERIAN THUNDERGOD!

Oh wait, isn't that Marduk? Anyways, Gilgamesh, whether its referring to the Sumerian King, the demi-god, or the anime character (who is also a demi-god).

Edit: I fail at mythology, Marduk is actually Babylonian and was the Babylonain analogue to Zeus.
