The third colossus has a sword bigger than most buildings. That is all.

Edit: also, it is invincible unless you have a specific magic sword and mad climbing skillz.

The Third Collossus is hard to get to, can knock you out of his fighting area, and is the first collossus that will give you serious trouble. It would most certainly win.

Really, no matter who he was against, the Third Colossus (apparently named Gaius?) wouldn't fight back. He's not violent. But he's so awesome he gets my vote anyhow.
