I'd say that, barring intervention by allies, Curly wins this one.  PS has some powerful attacks, but all of them rely upon outside sources for assistance; if we're talking purely from a mechanics point of view, Curly has NPC invulnerability on her side.  In addition, it's well known that Problem Sleuth is a gentleman, and would never hit a woman, thus regardless of who the winner would be in a fight, he would concede.

You make some good points, but PS has killed invincible things before, and shes a robot, so she might not technically be a lady by his standards.
