Revised my opinion.

Ed stands less of a chance against Godzilla. Punching out God with your bare hands is a lot less impressive than withstanding a nuclear breath weapon with massive range and ridiculous destructive potential. Also, I can't believe I forgot Godzilla has hulk-like powers of regeneration (though nothing near Wolverine level), so if there's a size limit on what Ed can transmute, well... stomp.

Bro, on the other hand, has powers uniquely suited to combating Godzilla - namely, the cutting of giant objects.

I mostly agree with that, except there's no way a penguin with an axe is going to beat a 20 foot tall Ork Warboss. Except by sheer taciturn pluck, of course.

not to mention there's no way he's gonna beat garret. By the time Org sees him, he will be in the process of getting stabbed in the back.

@Josephus: Godzilla survived a lot worse than being sliced open. In fact, one of the subplots for one of the movies revolved around how being cut open literally did nothing to him.

Besides, I'm pretty sure Ed doesn't have a size limit, so long as he knows what precisely Godzilla would be made of. So he'd have to retreat and do some research while Mustang repeatedly blew Godzilla up to stall for time, but eventually he'd win. My point is, the characters of FMA have more or less made a career out of killing things that shouldn't be killable.

I find that to be a highly amusing mental image. Ed runs off to study lizard anatomy while a guy in a blue coat just stands there snapping repeatedly, causing Godzilla to detonate again and again.

Meanwhile, I have no idea how Mad Max would survive a fight with a BC.
Although he has probably survived radiation, considering the backstory of after Mad Max 1.

Basically, there was a nuclear war sometime after Mad Max 1, which in turn led to very large scale power outages and other things. Such as the gangs and shit Mad Max had to kill.

Anyway I think Godzilla would be a barely fitting compensation for SCP-682, considering they're both giant goddamn lizards.
