All guys get PMS.

It's called the "Pissed Minute Syndrome." I.e., the Rage Thread.

But, but... mastering your rage, controlling your energies, blablabla, what about that?

Use your aggressive feelings, Dutchling.

Actual Rage: School is extremely crappy so far. Teachers doing a terrible job at managing the student computers, and most of the classes are completely reliant on them now, for god-knows-what reason. As usual, I seem to be the only one who remembered extremely basic things (such as the names of angles) over the summer, despite the fact that summer vacations are a couple months and most human beings should be able to remember something for that long if they've been learning it for years. But apparently everyone is abysmal except me.

I don't want to live in this state anymore. I don't even want to live in this country. I'm moving to Spain when I get older, as long as I can become fluent in Spanish.

Worked to exhaustion today. I was tasked to clean a large number of dishes, and while wondering if I had time in the day to do it, my boss comes in and suddenly doubles my workload. And other people kept bringing other stuff in. Had to stay an hour late and barely got it done.

And the worst part is that my paycheck is too small. I cannot make rent for last month with it. I honestly think they might be shaving hours off, but I certainly can't prove it.

Lesse... Acute for less than 90, Obtuse for more than 90, and Right for exactly 90?  Not sure I remember that right, it's been 14 years since I last had a 'proper' math class that cared about geometry.

Though I always kinda wondered what the point of those are.  When talking angles to a layman I would think they wouldn't remember those terms, and while talking with mathematicians I would think you'd use the actual angle degrees.  Even phase angles in electronics, which is the most advanced stuff I ever did with angles  don't really care about acute and obtuse and whatever they just care about the degrees.

@Akura That's rough, if you can it might be a good idea to notate your hours for a pay period and see if the hours on the check match up.  Also remember that you are also often being paid for the previous week when you receive a check, not the week you just completed.

On the subject of PMs, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who becomes unreasonably nervous when the little 1 pops up next to the button.

I like it. It's usually meant someone wants to yell at me in PMs.

In German they're just called sharp and dull, respectively.

We have to learn English, though, so it kinda evens out.

It helps because the little ones are acute.

The small ones are cute, the big ones are obese, and the ones in the middle are just right. It's like a body shaming tale of mathematical goldilocks.

That's actually (one of) the meanings of the words in English, precisely, except using fancier wording because of The Crumpet Factor.

Well, aside from Right, which is actually people Mondegreening a Latin word ('rectus' = straight - why is it straight in Latin (and Polish, in fact) I do not even).
