They PM'd me song lyrics talking about how they were glad I'd been raped, as well as posting them publicly and starting a dedicated thread.

Well that's horrifying.

What the fuck is it about Bay12 that attracts trolls of such... quality? :/ Dedicated trolls, not just passing fancy. We've got like three, the Cataclysm guy, the guy who periodically spams shock images, and now the Vector harasser.

Also, Vector, did you change your personal text? I could swear about goats.

We're one of the nicest, peacefulest places in the internet.
Trolls can't resist that.

I wouldn't be surprised if the latter two were the same person.

Well at least one(?) of our trolls are versatile! The other guy(s?) are just one-note wonders.

It's less one-note wonderlanddom, more monomania. Serial monomania.

It's because of word gnomes. They're related to car key gnomes.

There's a lot of dark things in this world. I always get the righteous anger mode, but it's really not at all useful unless you're going to turn anger into action. Being soraged doesn't make the world better.
...IP Tracking? >_>
Yeah. Other than do such a thing, it's real hard to...tackle such a person other than be appalled or aghast at them. The most reasonable I can conclude from experience is that whoever is behind the attacks on Vector is either:
1. A misogynist or someone who has some kind of mindset which is...biased, to say in the least.
2. Someone who had experienced bad things and is doing what was done to him/her in order to feel better or something.

Bleh. It's just totally alien to me why in the world someone would waste their time doing such a thing towards another person. In that context.

Back on track: I broke my favorite 5H pencil and it doesn't draw the same anymore. ;__;

... I really think door #2 is improbable.  I think it's just someone who wants to enjoy themselves.

Because they're scum. Some people are just rotten, and never will they change. The faceless nature of internet lets this sort of stuff breed.

People are just as scum on the parts of the internet that require you to show your face. And in person too. The internet just gives them the tools to be incredibly annoying and persistent scum that don't have to worry about legal repercussions.
