Actually, its "hail Discord, empress of the world"

It was intended as a response to something that was said about everybody oppressing everybody else.

 
(The reason why it was in latin was because I had gotten the name of a song called Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi stuck in my head and a variation of the name just kind of leaked into my writing)

Wait, so you're allowed to get life insurance as a means of planning ahead for something inevitable, but not use health insurance to plan ahead for something supposedly inevitable?
