I really wish I could update this quickly. :/
I should make a list of what to update and stuff. Yeah. And get some sort of good upload page or something...
I need a 28-hour day. :(

Not that easy. I already tried yesterday, one hour wasted. We'll have to lurk here until the first post change to .10... I reload the page every 5 minutes
What is it that you want most out of the (wonderful) pack?  Aquifers disabled?  Your chosen graphics installed?  A specific utility?

It would be pretty cool if Lazy Newb (or some comparable tool) was far more modular that would allow users to download and install desired components as they become available, rather than the entire release of the Pack being delayed until all its constituent parts are up to date.

Eventually, I wanted to do this eventually. But I really need to find a good time to just sit down and implement a lot of stuff...

Hello, I'm Cellmonk, and I'm addicted to LNP. I've been off of it for a month (clap clap clap). The withdrawal is so painful, but I know it must continue. I hear there's going to be an update though.... I hope I have the willpower to resist.... nope.

Care to upload? I tried to do that and never got to have the tittle sets how they should be.

I'm curious as to how a tank would evolve. Would it climb out of the primordial ooze wiggling it's track-nubs, feeding on smaller jeeps before crawling onto the shore having evolved proper treds?

Heres one way to do it, get either of these tileset patched in >>

Download latest LNP then one of these tilesets

Tileset patched with dwarf fortress
http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=6307  | Ironhand 0.34.10
http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=2431 | Phoebus 0.34.10

Then just go into

Lazy noob pack folder / Dwarf Fortress 0.34.07 / delete everything there and extract one of the ^ tileset up there into it

Then run > Lazy Newb Pack.exe (just dont patch any tileset in it will just revert to old one) , and that works.

other stuff ;

DFhack

Having a REAL BIG issue with running any type of mod for dwarf fortress.
Even if its extracted in the right directory i will keep saying that it cant find it.
I am running on windows vista pentinum core duo with an italian languge pack if that has anything to do with it...
