Nope, the restoration project never got off the ground, because only Armok wanted it. But Toady hasn't actually deleted the entire thing yet, although that area is kind of a festering boil of insanity.

yes, only add in that the forum was barely ever patrolled, so the only law in the land consisted of Inaluct as the prime minister and Aqizzar as Baron. The police consisted entirely of a large-chinned man and a penguin. Anyway, this thread is WAY off topic.
