Toaster, this may be your first game, but let me hear your suspicions thus far.

Sure thing.

#1 is Knight.  I may be mistaking new play for scum tells, but he's on my radar.
#2 is you.  This post is turning things around a bit, but you've hardly been pro town before that.

So far, no one else has really gotten me wondering.

Thank you, knight. For now.
For the record: You did nothing really wrong, but to trick scum, you have to make them think they did something wrong, they might get scared, and slip up for real.

I shall vote for Siquo then, since the quick jump from lurking to too active was far too great, and it just makes me think Squios attacking as much as possible and trying to find a reason to do so as well. I would like to see the logic in that accusation.

Logic? No logic. But this is interesting, though. I merely pointed a finger at you, and I get this worthless thing? One: Someone is only provably lurking if he's online and posting in other threads, but not in this one. Two: Yes, I am attacking as much as possible. That's how the game works. Pressure until you get something. Now then, spitfire, how do you justify attacking active players who are actually scumhunting? Active players are scary, aren't they? And I found out about you last time. That should still hurt, right? You think you can do better this time? Hide your nervousness better?

'Look at me! I'm actually doing something! Im helping the town right? So I'm town! Its so obvious im town' - My interpritation of what you are saying. Being active is not a problem to me. Attacking with pointless reasons is something else though.
I would like to ask, where was the logic in that accusation before?

Using your activeness over-activeness as a way to defend yourself is scummy to me.

Attacking those who do contribute (regardless of whether I am or not) for that exact reason is counterproductive. Really, pressure all you like and who you like, but not for the wrong reasons. If you go about yelling: "You're scumhunting and being active too much so you must be scum!" you are dissuading the other players to do that exact same thing. This results in everyone being too scared to actually hunt and do something. Now that would be a very depressing state for town. It would be great for scum though.

Another return question, I hope you finally start answering them: So why do you insist on activeness being scummy? Insist that asking unrelated illogical questions being scummy? This will only result in lurking, scared players, and the only one to gain from that is you scum.

For the other players, and especially the new ones: They are NOT scummy actions. It's your PURPOSE to be asking questions, pressuring people, even by using nonsense, keep hammering until it cracks so you can see what's inside...

The logic is in there: Pressure. The logic of my accusation: none. As I Said.

Look whos talking. You were the one saying to me my 'talking too much' was making me scummy. So that would in theroy make you scum as well? How hypocritical... And your saying im not answering questions? Look at yourself, you didn't answer mine did you?
I will answer your questions, although I doubt you even deserve the answers anyway, scum don't need the answers anyway.
Overactiveness is scummy, yes. You were saying I'm scummy when I only posted twice, saying that was too much.
Asking irrevlent questions doesn't help at all, doesn't help town, but if the questions are real, that puts on more pressure then doesn't it?

1. Talking too much is something entirely different than being active, and is relative. You talked more than in previous games, that's all.
2. Overactiveness is hardly to never scummy. In my experience, the overactive players get lynched the most on day 1 (remember Org?), but haven't been scum at all.
3. Irrelevant questions do help. It gets people to talk. Relevant questions are better, but there really aren't many relevant questions when we start.
4. Why are you suddenly so nervous?

What you are doing now is certainly not helping town. You are here, claiming that "activity is bad" and "asking a lot of questions is bad". Remember that a lot of them here only have 0 or 1 game under their belts, and don't have an exact idea of what to do.

Again, to everyone else: Do not let him frighten you into lurking or make you stop asking questions. That's what the scum wants you to do. Active players get killed off the first, during the night, because they are the real threats.

Org is Org, thats all I have to say. Your saying I'm encuraging inactiveness. When you accused me of being inactive, that made me feel like I trod on a virtual tripwire. How much can you do to look scummy?
May I ask, what is your original reason of accusation?

Initially, for you? Pure meta. As I did in the last game-we-dont-speak-of, where I turned out to be correct.  :D
I... don't understand the rest of your post?

Basically,
You sorta were acting like an alarm. I somehow set it off when I posted one too many times, with you saying 'Your talking too much'. Now thats encuraging inactivty right?

Knight, what are your suspicions so far? Who do you think is scum?

I have a couple suspicions, but I think I'd like to see a little bit bit more out of them first.  Anyone who gives off a vibe taking for granted that they're town is suspicious in my book. A couple people in here are doing that. Often from some of the other games I've watched, the lead inquisitor that states all the reasons why people are or aren't town is often the scum. But trying to put out a suspicion list like others have done here would just be disingenuous.

For the record, I would like to hear more from Char13mange, what are your feelings about activity level and whether that makes people more likely to be scum? So it's not just a big back and forth between spitfire and Siquo.

You have some points. I never really like it when someone does not give out info, but you do have some points. Unvote.

Blargityblarg, all you have done is make a random vote, and answer a question that was just an example. Why are you not out here asking questions? Inactivity makes it harder to figure out if you are town or scum.

BTW, I just noticed that the mod has two different end dates for day one listed in the OP. I'm guessing the Monday one is probably the valid one.
