Oh fine.

Accept the offer, then move out with the group, keeping an eye open for treasure.

Turn 21: Let's Head Out

get regeneration! ability

0) you can't just get an ability out of nowhere! I get the feeling that you are losing interest in this game. anyway, you are a bit weary of straying very far from the pack after seeing Midna's aggressive display towards Dragnar.

Hmm... I appear to have a problem... namely:
I can be even more stubborn than Minda!

must...not...accept...

Fine. I accept Minda's offer and then scout ahead of the others in the hallway. Stealthily.

Edit: Nevar! I search the chains for a weak link and try to smash it.

3) you accept Midna's offer, and she quickly sets you free. you have a brief urge to just break for it, cut your losses and leave, but you realize that something bad is happening in hyrule. You decide that you will see what you can do, and if there is nothing that you can do, you'll obey your instincts. with the decision in mind, your mind is set on helping. unconciously however, you are always over doing things to prove your worth so you quickly dash out of the cage to scout ahead. Midna takes this as you playing her for a sucker and lashes out, her fire-red hair lashing out to become a huge hand that quickly grabs you.

you growl menacingly. "don't think for a second that you can get away." Midna laughs at you. Explaining that you were just scouting ahead, she let's you go, but keeps an eye on you.

woh, wasn't expecting that. you think. you knew that there was some sort of powerful magic emanating from her but...

+4 speed
Status: Midna's servant

Stay in the second rank of the group as we move out, but preparing to jump infront of someone while activating nayrus love if a big attack is launced

2) unfortunately it doesn't seem like everyone is quite ready to head out yet. a little impatient, you settle with pacing back and forth down the hall outside the cell.

+1 speed

try to pick the lock with one of my claws.

1) picking locks with claws it actually much harder than it looks. Given that you don't even have any prior lockpicking experience doesn't help either. after a couple frustrating minutes, you give in and agree to being Midna's servant. you are now free.

Status: Midna's servant
+2 lockpicking

I accept Midna's offer, then join the front rank of the group.

4) after being freed by your new "master" you quickly join wolfchild in the hall, waiting for everyone else to hurry up.

status: Midna's servant

Oh fine.

Accept the offer, then move out with the group, keeping an eye open for treasure.

5) you accept Midna's offer then join the group in the hall. after a couple minutes, you get bored and go off in search of treasure. you quickly find a treasure chest and push the button to open it with your nose. inside you find, 4) a bottle full of red potion. as soon as you touch it, it dissappears to where ever all of your items are.

Inventory: Bottle of Red Potion

(You're right. I'll ask her what her name is, and if she doesn't have one (or it's too long and complicated) I'll call her Luz.)

*Accepts Midna's offer with a hawklike shriek* (grudgingly mind you.)

(On the bright side, if I'm a hawk I can now be my fairy's mount. ;) Should be about the right size. Oh, and I'll try to ask my fairy what's going on.)

2) your fairy quickly returns to your side. you ask if there is anything wrong with her, seeing as she is very weak. "It's just the darkness." you urge her to go on. she quickly flies onto your back and settles there. "this Monstrocity is a creature of the Twilight realm. she just oozes shadows. it seems as if the same world that she belongs to has invaded this one. you should play along for now just to see what's going on." you nod in agreement, then tell Midna that you will accept her offer. freedom never tasted so bitter.

status: midna's servant

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Get used to my sense of smell while moving with the group. I'll be walking in the front rank, protecting the weaker members in case of an ambush.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

Turn 22: Don’t Test Midna

Get the other moving, then be prepared to intercept massive attacks using my spell

6) Seeing as everyone is free, you decide to help move things along, assigning positions for each person in the group to go as. You give everyone a place except for Midna who rides on your back as usual. The first two people/animals you direct are Dragnar and Maxicaxi. You tell them to scout ahead for trouble. They nod in understanding and begin walking briskly yet stealthily down the hall.

Next you tell Toaster and Dwarfguy to stay in the middle group with you. Midna will want to keep an eye on everyone while using you as her mount, and Toaster and Dwarfguy are some of the weaker yet quicker animals.

Finally you order Nirur and Paulus to bring up the rear.

Everyone seems happy with these arrangements and would applaud if they had hands.

Practice attack moves while moving with the group.

3) After orders from Wolfchild, you decide that practicing attacks next to your two pals would not be the smartest thing to do in the world. Too bad, practice makes perfect, your dad used to say.

Get used to my sense of smell while moving with the group. I'll be walking in the front rank, protecting the weaker members in case of an ambush.

3) Knowing that protecting the weaker members of the group is more important than being in the front rank, you fall in step behind your buddies.

I scout ahead and sneak attack any lone monsters/warn everyone of groups... and I don't rebel against Minda. *twitch* *twitch* Nope, no rebellion. *twitch*

5) You quickly run through the halls, looking for any trouble. All you find though, is a couple of stray rupees and hearts

Inventory: 8 rupees
Status: 5/5 hearts
+4 speed

i too try to run ahead after I explain that i want to scout

3) don’t do quite as well of a job as Dragnar, but you still get it done.

(Since we already have scouts apparently I'll fly along with the group and and dive attack any enemies we come across)

*Asks Midna what she would have us do.*

6) although no enemies appear, you are ready for anything. You fly through the halls, your instincts instructing you how to do just that.

make it very clear to the woman that if we are going to be working together at all, it WILL be on equal footing.

5-3=2) You quickly decide to confront Midna about problems with group statuses, demanding equal footing.

“Let’s see you keep equal footing when I drop you off of a cliff.” She replies, laughing at your attempt.

Knowing that Hyrule is one of the only places in the world you can actually fall off the face of the Earth, you shut up.

+2 negotiating

Group: 6) the scouts reach the sewers a moment before the main group. When they head in, a couple of Twilight rats start swimming towards them as they enter, but nothing else stirs in the sewers. Midna  and Luz quickly pinch their noses with their fingers, but animals don’t have the pleasure of that kind of thing, especially wolves.

“Let’s get out of here as fast as we can.” Luz suggests from Paulus’s back. For once, Midna doesn’t argue

“I think the exit is that way.” Midna points with her free hand down a tunnel on the right.

Whole group: +5 speed

Environment: the sewers stink. DUH!!
