CANNNNNNN

>_>
I should read more and computer less..

Point is that I've read pretty much every book we've got at home, and that the world is running out of interesting books (movies and other works of art), instead replaced by hypes and shit like Hollywood.

Just read your old books again.
I don't get why people can't re-read books. If it's good, it deserves to be read again.

It is absolutely and completely impossible for me to enjoy re-reading a book.
It makes me feel the same as if I'd be watching a movie about what I did the other day.
Just doesn't work- Takes the magic out of the book.

I re-read my books all the time, out of necessity- I'm in a similar situation to ceasar kaiser shub'niggurath CAESAR.

Pretty much the same of anything. If I know what's coming, it bores me.

How do you manage to enjoy doing that?

For me, it's the exact opposite. I find that I must reread a book dozens of times before I get a teensy bit bored of it. Then, I just pull a switcheroo and grab another book, and wait a bit. When I pick up the old book, POW! I'm just as entertained as when I first reread it.

I dunno what's wrong with me.

Probably nothing. From my experience, things are wrong with me, and if you're not the same as me, you're normal!

I usually ruin all my new games for me, because of tvtropes. I just can't resist watching those delicious spoilers. I couldn't enjoy Bioshock 2 at all, because I already knew all the plot points.

I usually read a book, then wait for a couple of months while reading other books, then read it again.

Meh, I guess it's because I love books too much/I don't get out enough/my hyperactive imagination is a boon at times like this

I mostly re-read books months later, and notice things I hadn't seen the first time. For me its the same as watching a movie a second time.

I have no such problem with books, though. Might be because they're (generally) much longer and (usually) have more plot points'n'all.

Neither do I, except for when the family decides I ought to spend some time with them watching some.

Dammit, you ruined it...
Forsaken, can you spare a few horrors for my litte planet? I want 40d tenticle demons to populate my hell. But only afte I explicitly say something to the effect of "cavity at the center of the planet" or something in the real thread.
I'd be happy to do so. I already have something ready in fact, foreshadowed on my first post.
