Action 30"Hello, Nathan." you say in your most sultry voice. Which is actually pretty much your normal voice. He jumps a bit before turning around.
"Ah, its you! I was wondering if I'd ever see you around again. Have a seat?" You graciously accept the offer. He continues,
"Rose, right?"You bristle a bit.
"Doctor Rose", you emphasize. He laughs that little laugh he's got, but you manage to keep any trace of anger under control. You have a goal!
"Ah, yes. Doctor. I mustn't forget that. Well, how have things been, Doctor?""They have been okay. But I was wondering about you."Nate thinks for a moment.
"Pretty good, actually. Just got hired for a nice wedding gig, and my wallyball team totally kicked the other teams ass at last weeks competition." He smiles.
"Still, I'm sure you've been up to stuff thats far more interesting. What's up with the black armband, by the way? You weren't wearing it last time I saw you.""Oh, this. Ha, yes. This is just a reminder to fix my computer when I get home.""A reminder, huh? I was under the impression you were supposed to tie something around your finger for that." He grins at you.
"So what happened to it?""I had a bit of an accident with it, some fire and stuff. I need to remember to fix it before I need it." You recall that there was actually something time sensitive for it. You needed to respond to that man about selling your robot, if you still intend to.
"I'm planning on selling my robot and should probably see if anyone else has responded."Nate raises an eyebrow.
"A robot, eh? That sounds pretty cool." You smile and raise an eyebrow.
"Would you like to see it? I live down the street. And if you're worried about me dragging you into my lab to experiment on, I can even bring it outside instead." You laugh a little at your own joke.
"Yeah, sure, that would be cool. I've got some time, like an hour or so. Let me just pay, and we can go."He pays, and soon you two are walking along outside. You turn to him as you walk. You try to come up with something to talk about... ah, yes, you need to learn more about him! Unfortunately, you've both been quiet for a bit now, and you're starting to get that nervous feeling again that you occasionally get in situations like this. Nothing to do but just go for it, you suppose.
"What are your interests? What do you do?" you ask.
He turns to you.
"Huh?""Interests. And do. Like for work I guess? Hobbies are good too. What are they? You should tell me, because I am interested. In your interests."He laughs a bit.
"Is this some sort of fact finding mission, then? Ah, hah, well, I'm a photographer. That's what that wedding gig I mentioned was for. I've actually had some stuff displayed in the gallery downtown, too, its not just the commercial stuff I do - the commercial stuff is just to pay the bills. As for interests, you know, I like chilling friends, snuggling up with a good book, long walks on the beach..." he trails off. You give him a blank stare. That last bit seemed odd, and he said it with a weird tone of voice, but you file it away anyway.
He laughs at your blank expression.
"That last bit was a joke. Nevermind."You talk a bit more, and then finally arrive at your house.
Will you take the robot out to show him, or will you invite him inside?

Optimized Computer Operating System
You've modified a basic OS into an amazing system - which unfortunately only works on your computer. Still, you're pretty sure you could spend 10 or so hours recreating it (with appropriate changes) on any computer you got your hands on, and a days worth of work and you could create a slightly less optimized one that would work on any computer. It is built on a base of copyrighted code, though, so you probably couldn't sell it without getting unwanted attention.
Complex Game - The Effervescent Ascension of the Ancients
You have built a fairly complex video games.
Virus - Comment Bomb
Uses a flaw in the flackwave programming to allow use of a flackwave game as a vector. Posts comments praising the vector using hosts account, releases data to malware distributors, then destroys host computer.
