Setting squad order selection to personal freezes program on re-entrance to squad menu. 
The following keystroke freezes my dwarfort.exe (save your game before reproducing!):
s p b a ESC ESC s
Annotated:
 s(quad) p(select individual) b(first squad) a(first member of squad) ESC ESC s(quad)

It doesn't seem to reproduce if you select a member of the first squad, only the second squad.  I haven't tried selecting a member of a third/fourth/etc squad.

Do I need to enter a bug on this?  Where are the instructions to do so?
