Basically you have cards, and each card has a different role. We give out the cards to people and so on. Leafsnail invented it, he managed to make it work with other gametypes as well.
Before we get off topic, maybe a no lynch could work, it did work in BM7, that was a town win, and most days were no lynches.

@Azulth: Your single vote isn't going to kill anyone on the first day, man. It's just to put pressure and draw their attention so that they can start answering the questions you need to hear to make your own suspicions. Then you do this:

I think that that is untrue, certainly for a newbie game. What if RV makes the scum nervous, we may not need to lynch but we certainly need to presser the scum into talking.

I have learnt one thing over my mafia playing experience: It has always been said that random votes are used to find the scum through over-reacting and such, never used to kill. Unless we are very sure who is scum, or someone who looks so scummy that we could mis-lynch later on, then we shouldn't vote to kill as much.
