Then again, I'm probably only eating a small fraction out of my stacks of meat and fat. I'm more frantic about drinking.

Just started an adventurer. She's an outsider. Robbing stores that give me stuff I need and hanging out in abandoned places.
Edit: Killed a vampire and drank her blood

It's happened again. Dungeons whose guards start out as friendly to me and then get attacked by my companions. Even the goblins and kobolds. That's the 3rd time this happened, now.

Running away from a bandit camp after being discovered in the act of trying to throw an arrow at yet another hapless bandit. A macedwarf is steadily keeping up with me (nice legs on that one). Keeps going for a while, no signs of stopping. So I throw an arrow at him.

Guess what it hits.

That's right. The right knee.

Retire, start a fort. With a bit of luck he'll show up as an immigrant. Then you can recruit him into your guard. Crossover win.

EDIT: Just got ambushed by some dingoes in the middle of the night. Dispatched them quickly, went back to sleep. In the morning, while preparing to [e]at something, I notice a dingo left rear paw stuck to my upper front teeth... Good thing I was alone, might've been embarrassing.

Made a spearman, competent ambusher, skilled dodger.

Went after a bandit gang.  You know how bowmen and crossbowmen are ace snipers these days?  Yeah, I sneaked up on the gang, attacked the leader, and lured him away, where I managed to kill him.

Sneaking again, I went back to the rest of the gang (  2 archers, 1 swordsman ) and by picking stones and throwing them at the archers, I broke their bones and stabbed their faces in.  I then finished off the swordsman.

Guerrilla warfare for the win!

I got a mission from a peasant to kill this kobold asshole who killed my last adventurer, turns out he hid in a cavern with a whole goddamn kobold population, i decided to avenge their many attacks and murders of my adventurers and i slaughtered them all, they were mostly civilians so i killed them with ease, got out with a little over 80 kills, dont know how many my companions killed.

I am Ramkal Jokemaster, the Weremarmot Slayer of Glaciersummits.  I came from the east.  I freed Glaciersummits from the evil curse.  I spoke with the king.  Then, to the north, I wandered, never to return.  Now I battle werebisons in the wild, rallying more to my ill-guided cause.

While training wrestling skill, I was inadvertently knocked into a 1x1 pit from which there was no escape from.

I have encountered a Mummy.

Thankfully, I am a necromancer. But I figured, what the hell, and have been trying to kill it for the past 20 minutes real time.

I am using a flail, but I have still bashed it into itsy-bitsy pieces. And yet it continues to... er... "unlive." It's not even reanimating it's own severed parts. I am basically fighting a torso right now. If they follow the same rules for normal undead (in that they have hitpoints) how many hitpoints do these blasted things have?!

Interestingly, it does not have a throat; yet it's head is actually still attached. It is literally, at this point, just Upper Body, Lower Body, Head, Right Upper Leg, Left Upper Leg, Left Lower Leg, Right Ear, Left Ear, Upper right back teeth.

Eventually, I won't even have anything to aim my flail at... If it's still alive when it's nothing but a grease spot I'm going to force this character to retire out of shame.

Also, I hope necromancy doesn't require verbal components, because the mummy ripped my tongue out.

If you have any sort of slicing weapon, even the large copper dagger i'd start trying to decapitate it with it, i have yet to see a (one headed) creature that can survive being decapitated.
