Each important dwarf has a large, subdivided room with customized furniture.

The furniture is masterwork quality of whichever metal he/she prefers.

There is a main office room, a bedroom, and a furniture/storage room. The walls are 2 tiles thick for extra privacy.

Our research group is in a common lab. The entrance door is on the left, and the bottom doors lead to small Postdoc/PhD offices off of ours. The single "|" symbols are cube dividers. Our group is in section 3, and we're the only ones who've brought in a lunch table (center of our section), a microwave, kettle, and bar fridge (all hidden on the table two down from mine).

We also slowly squished section 2 and 4 to make more space for ourselves when the students occupying those sections were at class. 

Needless to say the guy next to me hears about DF a lot, as I put it on the second monitor while I finish my thesis.

Despite me being the lowest guy on the totem pole, I got the biggest cube.  Mostly because the 2 across from me, was originally 1 that got split for the new guy.

I work at a call center...
The rows are cubicals with a single computer, phone, and chair.  The managers sit at the end with the head hauncho having his own enclosed cubical with no door.  The x's are stations which represent the computer phone and chairs.  The hancho has cabinets as well.  The managers do too but they are just full of headphones and plastic utensils.

The map looks weird and spaced out but the rows are much closer to one another
