Watched the most recent Rambo yesterday, it was much better than I had been lead to believe. Glad I recorded it.

I recently watched No Country for Old Men again, I forgot that it was as good as the book.

Is it as mind-numbingly boring as 2001?
I can see where you're coming from with this one. And while I could answer you "Not nearly as boring", the best parts of the movie are whenever it tickles your inner Sf-nerd, so if you didn't get any of that from "2001", "Moon" will probably appear just about average to you.

Since some people here happend to watch Sherlock Holmes:

If it was the english version, were Blackwoods last words before his execution "Death is only the beginning" (like in the lame german version) or the latin equivalent "Mors principium est".
Just curious.

Whats recent?

Um.

Titanic was boring, and poorly paced.

Up Up and Away was an okay play off of Sky High plot, but not everyone could act in it. Its a made for TV movie.

Halo: Legends was okay.

Luputa: Castle in the Sky was very nice.

Halo: Legends was okay.

Is that out already? You know, if I was ten years old I'd be frothing at the mouth with excitement but somehow, I just can't care.

Ah well.

Its a poor man animatrix. It also pretty decent sci fi, but a fan of the halo franchise would get more out of it. Though I dont think a ten year old apperiacate Halo narratives, and most of the stories in Legends, arent meant for that age range.

Actually, I'm not sure if I could bring myself to watch it. The entire franchise has been forever sullied for me by the Library level.

Many an hour getting through that, and many more getting through it on legendary.

Hmmm, recent movies...

I liked Avatar. Although the 3D aspect was a bit distracting. "OOh, look a snowflake"

Zombieland was great, even my gf, who hates zombiefilms and my love for them, liked it.

Poor, poor Bill Murray.
