Vector gives a prime example of hypocrisy. Extraordinarily helpful reason.

Cheetar is pseudoactive; he critizises people without actually contributing. Apart from the whole arguing against using the one-shot now. The later he uses it, the more dangerous it becomes, and using it at lylo is right out of the question. Not to mention it becomes rather worse if we actually manage to find scum today.
And hey, we got goodies from it, AND some rather good discussion material. I'd call this helpful. It's not the worst case by far. Therefore, there isn't a real reason to critizise Toony for his actions.

Let's go through this slowly.  If I didn't use my vig move, I would lose a chance to kill scum, who are already low in number and if they lost one at the beginning of Day 1 it would be totally awesome.
I used it Day 1 because late game would get ugly, I don't want to say what Pandarsenic said, but if I had a one-shot vig move that was random, it would
1.  Be useless, I could end the game with a scum win.
2.  Trying to explain WHY I didn't use it Day 1, come on people.

1. Townies shouldn't be concerned with how believable their claim is.
2. I would believe his role if he said he hadn't activated it yet, if he participated in a mass-claim later in the game.
3. Townies wouldn't gamble another townies life just to get a more believable claim later, if there was a mass-claim.
