You shouldn't feel bad about anything that is purely for personal gain... But if you start randomly deleting its not helping you, just damaging others.

Randomly deleting yes, on the other hand doing things like deleting someones bruteforcer and waterwall because you think they found your IP would be acceptable.

The best virus is the one that the host doesn't know about.

Since anyone can format a drive, but only some players(most, really) can unhide things with even just a 0.8. Or antivirus a mere 0.7.

Uh... is it just me or can you removed around 90% of the viruses people put on you with the basic .3 virusscanner?  I mean, I just nuked a whole tonne.

Also, I guess having the .5 firewall at least keeps out opportunistic newbs... am I right in thinking you need at least the equivalent waterwall to get in?

I've had no people hack into my comp (either that or they're brilliant at hiding) ever since I downloaded a .7 firewall. It also provides two layers of security, since if you delete someone's .7 wwl, they'd have to download a .5 wwl to get to the .7 wwl (assuming they didn't back it up)

I actually have a .6 virus and mailer, but not the bandwidth to upload it to someone's comp in a decent amount of time. Even worse with the damn warez viruses

If you have the .7 wwl start looking around the obvious NPCs, you should soon find the .8wwl and then the .8fwl.

YEs but generally speaking the upload speed of the person uploading will be what limits how fast you can down/up something unless there is a big difference between your connection levels. But if you are upping something to someone who has a slower download speed than your upload spped you should seriously back off because you are waaaay more powerful then them and should pick on someone your own size.
