I climbed a mountain/hill/whatever in the Lake District and sat at the top to eat my lunch while my family cowered in the car below. That was the view to my side over Martindale, the frontward view was filled with the Ullswater. Good times.

That's 5 ounce shirting chambray under 9 ounce 3/1 washed twill. A finer textile under a coarser one.

As an aside, I thought that the "no coarser textiles under finer ones" thing was just common sense and not a rule of any sort. I mean, you want the finer ones closer to yourself because they're comfy, and the coarser ones on the outside to protect them and yourself from the elements.
